The PDF files were created with version 5 of Adobe Acrobat. You can download the latest version from the menu. The DOC files of slides are exported from PowerPoint in a particular format I do not control. Links in the same box are different formats of the same material. Links in different boxes are different: slides are not the same as longer notes.
